We will continue with our meditation and mindfulness training.

This Sunday, August 2nd, the service will include a guided meditation and a video lecture on mindfulness by Professor Mark Muesse of Rhodes College.

Dr. Ross Quinn will lead the service. The title of the service is “Life Force.”

Rev Lee Marie Sanchez will lead the service. The title of her sermon is “Revolutionary Spirits. A potluck lunch will follow the service.

We will share our spiritual journeys. How have your philosophical or religious beliefs (or nonbeliefs) changed over the course of your lifetime? We will learn from one another as we continue our individual spiritual journeys. The topic will be “Spirituality.” What does this mean to you? What situations or circumstances give you the feeling of spirituality?
